A few things to think about - Driving style and suspension set up also plays a factor. Some cars will behave differently at the point where traction/adhesion is loss. Some cars can display snap oversteer, others will gradually lose traction at the limit. I no longer own a Z, but on my first Miata, I upgraded the sway bars, end links and sway bar bushings but I didn't like how the car reacted when traction was loss. It wasn't linear and it wasn't gradual. With the R rubber compounds, the effect was compounded (street tires allow for a more gradual traction loss than R rubber).
